Materials
1. A CD disk
2. A BIG balloon
3. A press to open and pull to close cap
4. Glue gun
How To Make It
1. Take the CD and using the glue gun stick the cap on it
2. Blow the balloon with all your might and fill it with air
3. Close the cap and put the balloon on it (you may tie a rubber band so that the balloon doesn't fly away).
4. Keep playing with it.
